Scott Cumpstone [he/him] grew up at the end of an old mahogany bar nestled his my family’s restaurant. By the age of twenty, he was running my own kitchen working alongside the most unique of characters. He loved every minute of it until I didn’t. The sheer lunacy of the kitchen life demanded a change. At that moment in his life, he was not sure I truly grasped its seduction. So, he took an internship at a JTWO, awakening his love of storytelling. However, in 2023, his own story took an unpredictable turn. He was rushed to the hospital and discovered he had a brain tumor. Only then was he willing to revel in the mysterious love affair with food again, determined to do it his way. Life is capricious, but nothing brings people together quite like food and good company. Today, Scott blends his love of food and video at JTWO and Tasteframe.
