Grace Southern [she/her] joins JTWO Crew as a new Lead Visual Design Artist on our Design Team. She will oversee all interactive, packaging, graphics and marketing for our clients. With a background in set design and photography she will also dive into the production side as well. Grace, a product of JTWO’s [INC]ubator Project, is able to approach projects with both an analytical and visual perspective in order to bring new ideas to life. With a love for creative problem solving, she is always up for a challenge.

Matt Sullivan [he/him]  is a dynamic filmmaker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for developing strong, impactful stories that stay with their viewers. Having taken part in our [INC]ubator Project, Matt brings with him a talent for finding and highlighting the emotional spectrums behind each piece. Whether on set or in an editing bay, Matt is always looking to find and dig into the personalities behind each story.

Justin [he/him] is an Emmy® Award-Winning writer, director, and producer based in Philadelphia. He has written and directed over 200 television shows, commercials, shorts, and feature-length documentaries across five different continents while acting as the Principal Director of JTWO, as well as serving as Creative Director at Mesmeric Media, which he co-founded.

After directing his first feature-length project, “For Aaron: The Documentary,” at the age of 21 following work at NBA Entertainment and NFL Films, he has since had his work featured on Hulu, Amazon Prime, the Discovery Channel, ESPN, NBC, PBS, CBS, the Science Channel, and the American Heroes Channel. He has won a multitude of awards for his films and was named Philadelphia’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014. Most recently, he won a Gold Telly Award for writing and directing the feature-length documentary, “The Carnival: 125 Years of the Penn Relays which can be found on Prime Video.

Justin’s known for his innate ability to seamlessly move between the worlds of action, raw emotion and dry humor within his work. Often pulling unexpected performances out of talent and finding the nuances within their expressions that breathe life into the story. 

He has also been at the helm of JTWO’s renowned non-profit collaboration program, The Projects That Matter Initiative and the successful young filmmaker’s [INC]ubator Project which were two of his brainchild’s.
